After spending years working a crazy amount of hours in a stressful job, I noticed my own wellbeing, and that of my close friends was being seriously affected by the stress and demands of daily life.
Fed up of stress, poor sleep, and low energy, I knew I had to start my own wellbeing journey and create a space for others to start theirs.
Beaux is such an amazing place, instantly relaxing and peaceful. I feel so grateful to work with such special souls and create an environment where people can come together.
In my spare time I love exploring new places, especially in Italy. Yoga and Meditation are my saviour and when I’m not at work, you can find me running on the beach with my two crazy dogs and even crazier 5 year old.
I have ten years experience as a qualified therapist. I really love spending that quality time with our clients, whether it be for a quick brow shape or a new set or lashes. Yoga has been such an amazing journey for me. I began practicing in 2014 with a fantastic teacher who really opened my eyes to this new experience. It became apparent to me that through yoga we can reach a heightened state of consciousness and calmness which can enhance our health and wellbeing.

I was introduced to yoga a very long time ago when at school - it was at a time of grieving and it benefited a lot and helped me to come to terms with the loss of a close friend. I lost touch with yoga for quite a while whilst doing GCSE’s and exams and going to University. After my first year of university I was diagnosed with Anorexia and had to stay in hospital which meant I was unable to return to study. The doctors told me I was no longer allowed to exercise however they encouraged yoga and meditation and that was where my transformation started - the day I returned to yoga was the day that I gave my self a little more love and support to give me the strength to get better.
Yoga is not all about doing handstands, getting down into the splits or making strange noises (though all of that stuff is fun!). It is about connecting the mind with the body and giving your self the respect and the TIME to love. My goal is for everyone who attends yoga to be able to apply their practice in everyday life - mindfully.
