After spending years working a crazy amount of hours in a stressful job, I noticed my own wellbeing, and that of my close friends was being seriously affected by the stress and demands of daily life.
Fed up of stress, poor sleep, and low energy, I knew I had to start my own wellbeing journey and create a space for others to start theirs.
Beaux is such an amazing place, instantly relaxing and peaceful. I feel so grateful to work with such special souls and create an environment where people can come together.
In my spare time I love exploring new places, especially in Italy. Yoga and Meditation are my saviour and when I’m not at work, you can find me running on the beach with my two crazy dogs and even crazier 5 year old.
I have ten years experience as a qualified therapist. I really love spending that quality time with our clients, whether it be for a quick brow shape or a new set or lashes. It is their time just to relax and do something special for them. Recently I have become more interested in alternative holistic treatments. I have seen the need and how these treatments have hugely benefited our clients.
I am in love with all things Spanish and enjoy travelling and exploring new places.
I specialise in reflexology and want to share my love of this powerful treatment with others. I focus not just on the physical but on the mind body and soul.
Reflex is not just a treatment. I will provide breathing and coping techniques for you to take home and use if needed.
I love all things spooky and spiritual and am mum to the two most beautiful girls.

I have over twelve years experience as a nail technician.
Specialising in acrylic and gel extensions. Its more than just a job to me, the best bit is catching up with clients and making them feel relaxed and confident. There is nothing a set of freshly painted nails and a cup of tea can’t fix.
In my spare time you can find me at the gym. Keeping fit and healthy is really important and part of my daily routine.
I really believe that investing in yourself is the most importing thing you can do.
I have an obsession with lashes and brows and love how creative you can be with them, you can go from soft and natural to all-out glam with the perfect cat eye flick.
Having your lashes done is such a treat. You get to snuggle under a lovely warm blanket, listen to your fav music and then wake up with perfect lashes.
I trained in India, where I discovered what yoga truly meant to me.
For me, yoga is about being the most authentic version of myself and finding balance.
Sharing the limitless benefits of a yogic lifestyle is what I aim to achieve through teaching.

I was introduced to yoga a very long time ago when at school - it was at a time of grieving and it benefited a lot and helped me to come to terms with the loss of a close friend. I lost touch with yoga for quite a while whilst doing GCSE’s and exams and going to University. After my first year of university I was diagnosed with Anorexia and had to stay in hospital which meant I was unable to return to study. The doctors told me I was no longer allowed to exercise however they encouraged yoga and meditation and that was where my transformation started - the day I returned to yoga was the day that I gave my self a little more love and support to give me the strength to get better.
Yoga is not all about doing handstands, getting down into the splits or making strange noises (though all of that stuff is fun!). It is about connecting the mind with the body and giving your self the respect and the TIME to love. My goal is for everyone who attends yoga to be able to apply their practice in everyday life - mindfully.
